@SuperJude i mean if you are a really good chef you'll understand, even if you do not have too much knowledge in modernist cuisines and high tech gadgets. that is just pure carrot flavor with butter. some chefs makes mistakes dealing with carrot by adding too much other ingredients, making the flavor of carrot lost. but that is just pure flavor of carrot extracting many characteristics of carrots with many different methods.

@SuperJude just because it looks so complicated and difficult to you doen't make it without soul and passion. and in my opinion, this is one of the most brilliant way of making carrot soup.

"If you don't have a centrifuge..." <--- comments like this make me sad. This food is all amazing but one must cook with soul and passion. Any chef would assume the audience watcing doesn't have a centrifuge. It was this point I wondered "does this stuff even TASTE good?"
