When ever i start GMOD10, i always get a certain error, PLZ help me out cuz i wanna tourture GMAN SOOO FUKIN BAD!!

the error says:

The Memory could not be read, click OK to Terminate the Program

do i have to get gmod 9 or do i change a certain ini or configuration file or something, PLEASE DO NOT THINK ABOUT MY VIDEO CARD CAUSING THE PROBLEM (espesially u Tokokono...) Because i passed the minimum requirements to run half-life 2

I found out how to fix this a few months ago, it involves the RAM. If you have one stick of ram installed with an extra slot, try pulling it out and putting it in the extra slot. If that doesn't fix it, upgrade your ram. That fixed it for me. RAM is very cheap these days.

OI! I know your computer passes the minimum requirements! But I do have some advice for you anyways, don't make stupid tags, like World of Warcraft? That has NOTHING to do with Gmod or HL2.

Yes, but it annoys people when they search for something (Say, WoW) and they find stuff completely irrelevant to what their searching for.

they might have started to play WoW recently and used to use GMOD, and might know something that can at least help me...

i think it cant read gmod, so i guess u should reinstall it.

ok it worked, i installed it to the HL2 directory, i reinstalled it to its own folder (it was a standalone my friend gave me)

mine says "Engine Error

CMDLCache:: Out of memory" plzzzzz help! i tried reinstalling it but after all that work of uninstalling it, deleting the folder, and installing all my stuff back, still the samething, minus the extremely long wait before it crashes.

delete everything you have started and do this

some one plz help me cos my gmod dosent work when i load up gmod 10 it loads the game but half way throught loading every thing gets a white box around it including the menu then when you start a game every this is in black and grey and it is impossible to play plz help me i want to play it real bad

reinstall gmod either when u downloaded the game a file was missing or a file is corrupt im not for sure this is right but i think thats wats it

Defrag your gmod files and you can check it too im sure that will fix it
