Handcuffed, dragged away through ice and snow and imprisoned just for wearing a hat? That's a joke. That's not possible. No cop is that foolish. But it is true. Peter Eyre was caged yesterday in Keene, New Hampshire for that very offense. Is it illegal to wear a hat in court? Tell that to the cop who wore his hat after Pete was arrested - and while court was actually in session. Say what you will, people who peacefully wear hats do not deserve the abuse meted out to Pete as seen in the above video. http://FreePete.org/

  • and why the fuck did they have to drag him..... dude this shit is unreal

  • @dogboy182 shut the fuck up gay az pussy dude all this hassle for a fucking hat...... he wasnt even resisting arrest..... fucking idiots

  • @ubernoob44

Looks like you don't know what's a difference between a policy and a law.

  • Dur de dur being able to wear a hat in court is.......duuurrrrrrrrr.....such an important right to fight for

  • Who narrated this ??

Because whomever he is, he's old enough to know why this man was actually arrested.

And therefore should not be acting so defensive over the man arrested.

  • What law did he break by wearing the hat? I know your not suppose to out of respect but no where can i find a law that says your not allowed. Its not fair he wasnt allowed to wear a hat but if its a "religious" reason you can. If you are a part of the law the rules are bent for you and i have seen women wear hats in court before but they dont treat women like they do males. Its all crazy and ridiculous. They wonder why the jails are over populated. So call "laws" like this is why.

  • @MickZaruba clearly that is NOT the place to question any laws. Also, it is a sign of respect...if he doesn't respect the law or the court of law then he shouldn't be there no matter what. I'm all about protesting laws we don't agree with, and believe me there are way too many for me to list here...but this was just common sense.

  • @InsanewithPain666

But why should he have to take it off? You just blindly follow all laws without questioning them?
