  • Very Nice. When applying the fondant, is the iced cake chilled in the freezer or simply in the refrigerator and for how long? Thank You

  • Hi there, I useally leave them in the fridge over night so that when I apply the fondant, the cake as a stiff consistency.

  • Hi Christina,

Would you be able to make a how to video of your wonderful bow you made in the baptism cake.

  • Hi there, if u youtube "how to make a fondant bow", u will see the video i saw to make this bow...i dont remember what it was called, but it was very helpfull

  • Hi Cristina! Lovely cakes! My favorite is the yellow, black and white one. I think the most challenging cakes to make are the ones with very few decors as you really have to take care of the bumps and imperfections because you won't have anything to hide them with. And you make such perfect cakes! Are you using wilton's decorator's icing beneath the fondant?

  • Hi there, thank u so much!!! I always use vanilla buttercream icing as my base/crumcoat then I apply the fondant. The B&W&Y cake was made over a dummie cake as I am using it in my showroom.
