you can drink destilate water or mineral water
to avoid inheiling fluorine and clorine vapor in the shower you can lern to clean your body whit less than one gallon and do it whit the water you drink, do it whit a liter or two is unexpensive, I do it myself and it is grate for the skin and poisonfree ;)

I can understand the desperate defence of a world where the goverment does not try to dum you down and poison you, it is such a shok that even our water and our vaccines are poisonous. To be in touch with reality is a daily fight, may be the ones defending fluoride and mercury vaccines will eventually wake up, I hope so or they will become totaly depenthent of the gov and handicaped to be aware of the big picture. THE PROS AND CONS OF FLUORIDE are not the same as those of Fluoridation. Seperate issues entirely. I don't know if he's doing it on purpose or what. Seems like alot of people are getting confused about that.
