The city of Cyran is becoming overrun with drug lords and violence. When out of the blue two figures wearing only ski masks and assorted weapons begin single handedly waging a war against the mobs of the city. These two are by no means typical heroes, they show no mercy in there attacks and to the public no sense of purpose. These killers go by the names of "Ghost" and "Shadow."
