How many times per week should this set of drills be done?

@HittinDaTrey i used to do it anytime after throwing...sometimes that would be 3 times a week, sometimes it would be 6...just try to fit it into your routine somewhere and see if you notice a difference...then you can alter the x's per week. to your liking.
