  • Each movement is a seperate fighting pose, all of which are comprised into a dance like combination called a form (there are forms for every fighting style). A form can be made up of from anywhere around 12 to 120-odd poses. The forms are created to instill each and every fighting pose into the monk's body, so that, if engaged in a fight, their bodies will instinctively revert back to what they've learned while practicing these forms.

  • Wow.....So Relaxing.......

for iinstance zuko uses hungar and northern dragon fist

toph uses southern dragonfist and mantis

    katara uses tiger

  • @JulianKingOfNothing ........... avatar looks like this, this is the real thing, avatar is a cartoon -_-!

  • pff!! fome tu wea ctm!

  • @eulogaicarpify Don't forget Sub-Zero D:

  • some of the most famous Pao Chui practitioners include xia lin shuen, tsu lao hyun, lee byun win, and of course, Reptile from Mortal Kombat.

  • @JulianKingOfNothing Haha, your right, and it's more like Avatar's moves look like moves from the Shaolin.

  • Niccce, it's just like my style in the sense that it uses the principle of "Pangainoon", meaning-half hard/half soft. Awesome. I do Uechi Ryu Okinawan Karate, it came from China from Master Shushiwa, and he taught Master Kanbun Uechi who made a few changes in the stance and maybe a few other modifications, and he brought his knowledge back to Okinawa.. Great video.

  • Looks more like a form called Gung Li Chuan, from Northern Shoalin...with some different variables..Training for Power and Spirit. Just my observation from the Gung Li Chaun I leaned 36 years ago.

  • is that a golf field he's performing on..?? nice turf bro
