Hidden Amongst The Shadows _Trailer/Prologue.

After her grandma died, Miley and her sister, Selena, moved into her house to keep it off the market. The house has been in the family for generations, built by their great-great grandfather. So it has its moments of being spooky when it gets dark. Or when the girls are alone... The house is on the east coast, while the rest of their family is on the west coast, busy with all their lives. Their mother wanted to rent it out to tourists or sell it, but Miley &Selena thought it was perfect to escape the crazy business life and get away to relax before the fall came and the call of their future. Both fresh out of college. Brains loaded with knowledge. Of course Selena was a year younger than Miley, but twice as smart &quick at learning new things. She was going to go far. It felt weird sometimes that it seemed like everyone secretly thought Miley should live up to her little sister. But Miley loved her, Selena was her best friend. Inseparable is what they were. They would always fly east to spend summer vacation with their grandma and their parents didnt mind, there was no harm coming from it.

But as time passes from when they arrive, Miley started to think about staying longer than just the summer. She wasnt sure how she was going to break it to Selena. They hardly spent a day apart since Selena was born. Selena had to go back to the west coast because of a job slot that was being held just for her. And now when the summer would be over, they were going to be on two different sides of the country.

Unfortunately, that conversation will never be discussed, because they will be separated before then. Miley didnt know someone was watching her every move. Eliminating all who get close to her.

Leaving her alone in that big house, other than her dog/personal trainer, Rex.
And the killer somehow has some of Selenas possessions and haunts Miley with them. Leaving them on trails in the woods where she takes runs with Rex. Miley hopes that the detective on the case, Nick, can catch the guy before he strikes again. Because maybe next time, it will be her thats dead.

Not trying to reveal too much, trying to leave it still a mystery. What do you think? Like it? Or no...

I think it's going to be a good story.... Just from reading the DB. i haven't even watched the scenes yet... And normally i don't like reading stories in the DB but your one of my fav writers and if you did write it there i WOULD read it still :)
