Neck strength expert and wrestling coach James Kelly shows one version of a great shoulder warmup you can do before wrestling, submission grappling, BJJ or MMA practice; also good to do before lifting and strength training workouts.

It will warm up your shoulders and get them ready for hard training. Neck strength is important for grappling, but don't neglect your shoulders. Your neck, shoulders and back work in combination together so it's important to make everything strong.
