BATTLEFIELD 3 needs 1500MB of video memory 1.5GB

BTF3 uses over 1.5GB of video ram at 1080P at ULTRA settings. you see now why consoles fuck up proper PC graphics because they have only 256MB of video ram ( slow and old ) not to mention slow cpu`s, no DX11 and slow HDD`s or not enough media space like the xbox360`s dvd drive! Also they have only 256 mb of ram, my phone has 1GB !!!

@GordonFreeMANness Gigaflops doesn't mean performance, if thats the case a AMD 7970 has 3500 Gigaflops, that makes consoles look pretty shit huh.

Some games us up to 2.7 GB on 1080.. this has to do nothing else than CACHE buffers.. even if the gamne doesnt need it its just for buffer forin case..
