WoW is fucking dead now pretty much. Activision are killing it big time. Bliz should have NEVER sold out :(

Classic were the best days tbh. After that it just got noobified. Granted, wotlk was kinda cool but was still massively easy. After they noobified it you just got a huge influx of loads of silly little clueless retards that thought they were imba when in reality they were just shite.

But yeah, for me WoW was all about the social experience as well. Good times. Rip

@DrPacWac All my real life friends quit. It was the only fun I ever had really, playing with friends. I didn't have the urge to play anymore when they all ended up quitting. WotLK was the best WoW there was, imo. Cataclysm ruined a lot for me.

@PWNAGEpb I started WoW in WotLK, so can't compare it to BC. I did quit for a long time to play SC II, but I came back and am finding it to be just as fun as it was back then. I'm still having a great time playing the game with real life friends.

Raiding got incredibly boring in BC... push this button, click there, push that button... so monotonous. Also, relying on chance to get gear is just stupid in my opinion. Having all your efforts fail when one person makes a mistake is too frustrating, especially when I am PAYING for the game. I want to spend my hard earned currency on the gear I want. This is why I picked up arenas. But apparently Blizz doesn't give two shits about PvP in WoW. So I quit. WoW is going downhill.

@PWNAGEpb I'm an avid StarCraft player now as well as a WoW player. I'm not bored of either. Diamond/Masters on EU and an avid raider in WoW.

WoW is not difficult. The end game stuff is only hard when you have too many idiots who don't belong in the raid. With competent people and even just a bit of intelligence, the raid encounters are fairly easy. Same with arenas, the only part of WoW I found enjoyable.

I quit a few months ago because the game is going nowhere. Their "new content" is just old shit they polished. I'm an avid StarCraft player now and I've never once been bored with it while playing.
