@HaengbokHunnie They would never let a undesired cough on a official record ! Right after the cough, the lyrics say "I'm drunk to death, I need to stop drinking etc.". It was on purpose to emphasize his misfortune, his unhappiness...

@HaengbokHunnie I don't think he was actually sick, I think they did it to enhance the song and the feel of a rainy day. I think if Junhyung actually coughed during recording because he was sick Cube Ent. would've cut it/edited it. But if he is sick, I hope he feels better too <3
