This exchange has NOTHING to do with Obama's eligibility. Didn't you even HEAR what they said? At 1:00 minute into the interview, Representative Serrano is asking about whether or not HE can serve as President, because he was born in Puerto Rico, a territory, not a state. It's THAT question that Clarence Thomas says the SCOTUS is evading and it's a running joke between the two men. Can you guys EVER be honest? About ANYTHING?

What worries me most is the fact that our government is not working. Obama is being a dictator, the supreme court as well as other federal judges are not performing....the American people have no recourse as to what is going on.

Subpoenas are being ignored, the FOIA documents are totally redacted, and people are being killed. Surprising the similarity to Communist Russia.
