In a polite exchange between Justice Thomas and subcommittee chairman Serrano, the eligibility issue comes up with an apparent admission that the court is avoiding it. Things may not be as they seem though. Much could be read into this... judge for yourself.

What worries me most is the fact that our government is not working. Obama is being a dictator, the supreme court as well as other federal judges are not performing....the American people have no recourse as to what is going on.

Subpoenas are being ignored, the FOIA documents are totally redacted, and people are being killed. Surprising the similarity to Communist Russia.

Happersett specifically defines NATURAL BORN CITIZEN as both to TWO U.S. CITIZEN PARENTS WITHIN THE JURISDICTION OF THE U.S. This ruling was after the 14th Amendment - it's creator John Bingham also officially acknowledge the same meaning in Congressional testimony.
