  • @freedon420 You're right. You're not Hal. Here's what the Bible says about your "enough sense" in 1 Corinthians 1:25, "For the foolishness of God is wiser than man's wisdom, and the weakness of God is stronger than man's strength."

The rapture isn't about "having enough sense" but about what God has planned. You say not to put our "hope" in something that's "not proven." Where is your "no rapture" theory proven? And, to clarify, our hope is placed in God alone and not in the rapture.

  • @freedon420 1 Thessalonians 4:16-17

For the Lord himself will come down from heaven, with a loud command, with the voice of the archangel and with the trumpet call of God, and the dead in Christ will rise first. After that, we who are still alive and are left will be caught up together with them in the clouds to meet the Lord in the air. And so we will be with the Lord forever.

  • I can't believe you're 80 Hal. I was 15 when I started reading your books 40 years ago.

  • the LORD rebuke this one and all false doctrine teachers.

  • @BrooklynNotQueens I'm no longer a pagan Gentile, but a child of God. I don't focus on people being tortured, but on salvation. The truth must also be told to those who refuse Jesus, or I would be guilty of not warning the unbelievers. If salvation through Jesus were just a myth, people's lives would not be changed after they receive Jesus into their heart. It is real, and if you reject Jesus and die, you will spend eternity in hell. Sorry, Jesus said it, and I am His messenger. Romans 10:9-10.

  • @eburner3 hey you're a pagan gentile and thats great! nothing wrong with being gentile. you focus on how people who aren't in your cult will be tortured forever in hell.

i don't know if that is what you get off on but its better than you hurting people so i'm glad your myths bring you happiness.

  • @BrooklynNotQueens This is directly related to the god of Moses; Moses and I serve the same God. He only served Him under the law, while I am privileged to serve Him under grace. I don't have images of Jesus being tortured, I see Him as risen and glorified. The tortured part is done and gone, never to be repeated again. The Hasid don't even know Jesus, and unless they do, they will be in hell where they will own nothing. Unless you accept Jesus as your Lord and Savior, you will be there too.

  • @BrooklynNotQueens lol It isn't ownership as you see it with your natural ( and I might add, perverted ) mind, but rather an agreement that Christians willfully enter into, knowing Jesus died in our place; and we deserve to die. Your comment reveals the nature man has that required Jesus to die for us.

  • @eburner3 this thing with you being happy to be owned by a man-god sounds a lot like gay BSDM.

now i'm heterosexual so i don't really know how it works but all this being owned by jesus and having images of the guy being tortured etc sounds perverted and in any case is unrelated in any way to the god of moses.

  • @BrooklynNotQueens Whatever is in the bible now is what God meant to be in it; nothing else. Being rational has nothing to do with living by faith, because God's ways and thoughts are so much higher than man's. I don't know any hasid, and they will never own a child of God. they are self-deceived if they believe that, because I am owned by Jesus Himself, not any man ( read 1 Corinthians 6:19-20 ).

  • @eburner3 well they feel they have a biblical basis.

the book of revelations is written in really lousy greek....you should read it in greek sometime. there were other gospels about the end of the world but were not included in the bible editing in 367.

no rational person takes the book of revelations seriously.

why don't you actually talk to a nice hasid sometime and ask about their belief about how they're gonna own you? they are very friendly and very good at explaining stuff.

  • @BrooklynNotQueens They have no bible basis for their belief. The Messiah already came, and the Jews missed the day of their visitation. When He comes again, He is taking His Body off this planet, and then will come back with us at Armageddon to destroy the wicked servants of Satan; and set up His 1000 year reign. Read what Revelation 20:10-15 promises the workers of Satan, and see what happens to them just before that in Revelation 19:11-21.
