Manuela.in this episode isabel travels to Rom to visit a doctor for a solution for her illness. Emilio finds out about isabells real problem and convices her that he still loves her even while she is ill. After that he tells her that Fernando (Francesco) has an affair with a girl. She gets mad and decide to go to her husband, there she sees her "half sister,Manuela" for the first time without knowing that Manuela looks alike because she is her half sister. Enjoy
