Um, my text book says file toenails in form to the shape of the toe. NEVER SAWING back and forth you want to file straight across in a one way stroke, from edge to center, edge to center. Gently curving them to the shape of the toe, never filing into the corners of the nail. Curving them prevents them from growing into the toe - ingrown toenails. You need to read and study your text books ;)
The only problem with this is you aren't supposed to file back and forth like that. you file going one way, not back and forth, that can damage the nail.
Yet, it's not a myth. I went to cosmetology an studied all of this. Not everyones nails are strong... most, in fact, are in poor shape even if they appear healthy.
sorry they'll never answer this question... so I will , the blue stuff is disinfectant used to clean the bath and the feet because there are multiple people in and out in and out . If you are using it on yourself you do not need this .sub with bubble bath etc.
