I think the slowest elevator is in the Hampton Inn, in Shrewsbury PA, , off of I83. Its 3 floors if I remember, and the ride seems to take minutes.

I went back here the other day. These South Avenue elevators are currently having a styling change. They're losing their yellow-colored doors and replacing them with stainless, the floors aren't carpeted, and the styling outside of the elevators on floors 1 and 2 is kind of boring now.
