2011-2012 winter outlook

A large chunk of the us will be cold but places like texas will continue with summer unless some cold air will seep down. The coldest state will be minnesota and the warmest will obviously be texas.

@9726697266 Absolutely zero snow, and it's practically February. We'll get one inch if we're lucky. An by the way, the lows for January haven't even dropped below freezing.

@9726697266 Ummm.... where's that "cold and snow" you told me about? I live in Tennessee and it's still sixty and sunny. It's usually forty by this time of year.
