is it good to do everyday? one guy said its good to do eveyday and dont need a day rest to heal..just wondering ..all any advise helps..thanks. and is it good for glutes?

Really hard, but what if i do on regular basis? Will it help me to lose ma weight? How many reps?

@merwaridy In fact, the NY Times just listed as one of the top 4 exercises!
I start my clients off with sets of 5 and 2-4 sets. We quickly increase to 10 repetitions.
ANd then for my advanced clients, we'll do anywhere from 10 - 30 reps at a time with no rest!

thank god someone does a burpee corect. nice form everyone seems to just slam the ground and doesnt keep there back str8. i think people are too worried with timing the burpee and lose its full effect. nice job
