The game was played on February 17, 1999. Kings won 109-106 in OT.

Yeah... I was there. That 3 tied the game. The best view of that three was in slow motion, when Olden Polynice was doing the Diamond Dallas Page sign to the ARCO crowd when the shot went up. He didn't think it counted, and looked like a lost puppy when he realized they were going into OT.

Not that it matters this many years from that game but that game ended up going into overtime and the sonics won on a Hersey Hawkins jumpuer at the end of OT. Still a crazy shot!

I think illy5603 confused this 1999 close Sonics-Kings game which the Kings won by the Peja jumper to the 2000 game which the Kings,despite a nice comeback lost in OT at Arco.
