Xion II Case with CCFLs

This is my Xion II Case with Cold Cathode Lights that react to sound. I'll put another vid up soon showing more details soon.

- My processor is a Intel Celeron D at 3.60GHz.
- 1GB of DDR2 RAM.
- I have an Abit LG-95Z motherboard.
- Xion II Case
- Lite-on DVD Burner (all types)
- 500GB Maxtor HDD

I put my other video up. Simply look in the video response section to see it. The video shows the device in the computer that makes the light flicker with the sound.

im thinking about doing this, but do you only have one ccfl in there or two? because if having only one ccfl can light up the case like yours then thats all i need.

I only have one... It's at the bottom of the case. It's sufficient with one, but if you want the whole case to be blue, I'd recommend 2. Hope I helped.

Do you have to turn up the music very hard to get them reacting? i'm buying a Sharkoon "CCFL sound active controller" soon. Cuz i have bought "Recom Cold Cathode Light DUO 30 Cm, blue" and want it to react on my music.

Well it doesn't have to be too loud, but you can adjust the sensitivity on most, if not all of them. It's a loud enough level that people will hear it outside the room it's in, but you don't have to have it wicked loud that people are going to be complaining.

Where you get the sound reactive one because i just got those regular cold cathode light. But in a local store

I have the same case and i also have some cathodes, but mine are green.
