Pochill - Porque' (Official video)

Pochill is the moniker under which top Italian guitarist and producer, Marco Soncini, releases his lounge project.
Famous for his dance-pop hits like "2 Times" (Ann Lee) and "Tu es foutu" (In-grid), this is a chance to experience the subtler side of his work.
"Nothing but the hill" embraces this new direction with elegance, mixing latin-tints with electronica, simple & catchy melodies and putting the guitar above all.

Pochill, apart from his career as a producer, is a talented guitar player (his favourite artists among others are Pat Metheny and Mark Knopfler). He has a particular and intense feeling with this instrument and everything becomes easier when he starts to play and create new melodies.
The album includes the wonderful PORQUE', a melancholy track with a latin feel, a track already requested and included in various compilations.
The listeners can hear various elements in the cd: Detailed bass rhythms, brasilian percussions, Indian sitars, Balearic rhythms, and acoustic guitars following smooth female voices evoking dreamy and relaxed moments.
The artist himself has declared his preference for L5 and STAY, now it's your turn to listen and decide the tracks that give you the best sensations...
