The activities are simply the best!
I would strongly recommend the white water rafting - from level 2 during normal months to level 3 during the monsoon period in December and January.
Other exciting activities include wet abseiling ( I rate ***), a marvellous rafflesia jungle trek, the exciting caving adventure , Kinta Valley outback and the trans Cameron 2 days trek.

Here's what the great man Frank Swettenham said of the Malaysian rainforest a century ago: All is green and harmonious. The forest sweeps through wide hidden valleys and wonderful places rarely trodden by man. The sheltered air is fresh and cool, and there is an almost perfect stillness. And so deep, so soft is the mantle of the forest that you may fail to realize the grandeur of the mountains (which) melt from purple to blue. It is simply the best.

The music works. I must say that the people look happy and content and the river sure is powerful and inviting. The charms of the Malaysian rainforest...a place to chill out. It is the best.
