Persuasion Music Video - The Letter (music Síðasti bærin)

This is my first ever made music/fan video, so it's not perfect. But I hope my love for this story shows..

This begins with the haunting scene at the end of Persuasion 2007(where I personally cried my eyes out, heeh O_o), where Anne reads the letter from Frederick and runs after him... *sigh* And all ends beautifully with a kiss.. *sigh*

This music is by a member of Sigur Ros Kjartan Sveinsson. I don't remember where I got this song from or what it's called. I do know it's from the short film The Last Farm (Síðasti bærinn). I must say that the members of Sigur Ros are freakin talented!!! (^o^) *woot woot*

Does anyone know the name of the music that actually starts playing in the movie when she starts reading the letter, the music was so beautiful but I have no idea if it was only written for the movie or if it actually exists some where.
