  • at 7:00 the pessimistic side of me sees naive, idealistic stoned white college kids and Europeans thinking "Cool man I just hugged an American negro! I just ended racism everywhere!" The optimistic side of me sees a time when music and fellowship could really move anyone believe that peace, love, and understanding was an easily achieved goal.

  • OK, at 2:00 he gives Otis credit for "Satisfaction" instead of the Rolling Stones. I could care less, since I prefer Otis over the Stones any day but maybe at 0:28 when Mick Jagger is having his bad acid trip he is also seeing and hearing a minute and 1/2 into the future and he's pissed about that?

  • at 1:18 he ALMOST tripped up Donald "Duck" Dunn on the bass riff by flipping into Land of 1000 dances, BUT HE GOT IT! Yes, they are very good.

  • @Jambo1134 I think it is Mick Jagger on a REALLY bad acid trip. He's like, "I could do better than this! Wait a minute, no can't! I only wish I had this amount of soul! Damn! I'm gonna have to try something else...maybe if I strut like a crazy rooster and pout my lips? Oh man, I'm freaking out! Feel the colors, hear the smells!"

  • Did anyone else see Mick Jagger at 0:28?

  • still awesome the markay BT and the mG. donald duck dunn and steve are inton it glory no trouble here just great musican and great fans Glory.

  • Oh yeah, Stax/Volt..... truly the epitome of Soul Music. Dig the moving bass line and the exquisite horn section (just 1 trumpet and 2 tenors.... that's it)!
