cyclist is in the door zone...cyclist isn't in control of the bike...his hands are nowhere near his brake levers...he doesn't stop...its cancels out?! what the f is that supposed to mean...in the same way that cars should give way to bikes, bikes should give way to pedestrians...what a douche!
