I'm a former student that had a horrible on-line experience. We're out here. ..got to class...no one knew anything. No support, wrong support, late support. Navigating on-line class was new to me ...asked for help...got none. found out after the fact on-line IS NOT all on-line..must get to campus somewhere..closest was 90 miles away. The 24 hour student help line got back to me ..yep u guessed it after a week had passed. Left in the dark on many things. Wonder how many of us are out here?
