hey i have had that same problem, it hasnt been fixed, a way to temp* fix it was to go into time&date settings and click any of the options then back to your own (like 24 hr clock then back to 12 hr clock). lol. and as a backup i have a shutdown button in my panels (right click, add panels, shutdown button) my temp fix, not sure thou when my panel gets mest up its so random.
