My mum is dying of cancer and a while back I asked her church to use that verse the next time they all pray for her together. Her condition has steadily deteriorated since. You claim the pray has been proven to work? Prayer has been scientifically tested a number of times, and each time prayer has been shown to not work. So what do you mean by proof?

@deylite this is sad t see. I had a similar expereince. I called talk show ask the minister about my mother and that she had died. He went on to say did she have a church home, I could not finish my answer before he lit into, a little laugh first and said "see they call on the church when a death or something happens but did not have church home before", he hung up I was trying to tell him my mom's pastor lost the church just prior to her death, it made me angry & was example of heartlessness.

Yeah, sure this prayer works. This prayer does not require you to ask for anything which could "fail" to be answered because the things asked for are not defined with any specifics. Any prayer you pray about changing your "inner man" can come true because YOU have the power to change mind to think in a new way. It has nothing to do with the supernatural (if that even exists at all).

Not sure what you were trying to prove here except that you have the ability to change yourself.
