Coconut oil is a great multi-use skin care product, plus it smells incredible! In this video I go over some of the uses I found for it.
1.) Awesome moisturizer - warm a small amount in your hands and apply it to skin instead or in addition to your favorite body lotion

2.) Apply small amount to blemishes to help heal faster

3.) Heat and apply to hair as a deep conditioner

  • Im using virgin coconut oil as a moisturizer and its a miracle product,it rejuvenated my skin (: , check my videos, by the way great videos

  • I'm using it cause i got a red blotchy patch on my face. its not too big but its dry =/. Winter just hit so im wondering if thats why or could it be eczema? It doesn't itch and its not blistering.. just red. Could someone give me some tips to help it out, thanks! im gonna continue to use coconut oil on it.

  • I use to hate taking oil also. My grandmother use to make us take castor oil. YUK!! The coconut oil is really different in taste. It smell and taste like coconut. Not only that. When taking coconut oil, it is not stored as fat as the other oils so YES...taking a teaspoon or 2 a day has helped me loose weight.

  • it should ALWAYS smell like fresh coconut, if it doesnt then dont buy it... also only buy organic, as there is less chance of anything toxic. The main rule is "if your not willing to eat it, then it shouldnt be put on your skin". remember anything put onto your skin gets directly into your blood stream; the same as food does

  • you look like brooke mixed with haley from one tree hill lol
