This is notable, as the disc for the DVD-based kiosk had no Chapters (timelines), but rather consisted of only motion menus-- the attract loop motion menus linked to other "content" motion menus. Since no remote was provided with the kiosk, this method allowed having interactive functionality on a DVD player with only a touch screen for input.
Another notable item is, I shot all of this footage on fullsize DVCam, using neutral color balance and flat video luma curves. I did the film-look color grading via Matrox's RT Hardware and color correction plugins right in my NLE. No need to jump out to a separate grading system-- very cool.
