Israel rejects US calls for settlement freeze

NEWS: An Israeli minister close to Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said on Sunday that Israel would not heed US President Barack Obama's call to freeze all settlement activity in the occupied West Bank as a step toward renewed peace talks.

Gaza is not "occupied" Hamas have full control over it. They receive one tonne of supplies for every man, woman and child more than any other group. There are shortages of something's that can be used for terrorism. Where is the deportation other than the Jews that were ethnically cleansed from Gaza? I'll repeat the Palestinian West Bank is administered by them and like Gaza is 100% Jew free. So how is art49, 47-78 even applicable? I'm really trying to do the mental gymnastics?

I'm quoting a Harvard Professor of Law who help draft the resolution. The parties are not state actors which you do not acknowledge, they have not ceased belligerence, and they all refuse terms of the agreement. Now citing a Rabbi not a lawyer is akin to me asking a mechanic to talk about quantum physics. I've repeatedly written that you ignore and justify what the Arabs do. Make false statements.
