I noo alot of ppl can do tht but how do they do it ?? :S
Ive always wanted to no how to do it but neva been able too :(
When i used to gym i werent on a high level but then agen i was only bout 7-8 when i quit,, but then agen theres lots of ppl tht age who can do alot lot more..
well anyway'zs im starting again soon hopefully soo in a few or alot of years time if i keep it up and try really hard i might actually be able too :) (YY) xxx

If it is for FIG code then you need a salto, but if just requires an acro series with 2 flight elements then it should, as long as there is no pause (in the vid it was ok, I think)

it should be its a little tricky bc u hafta be really careful ab the connection. it has to be just perfect

Our Canadian judge said it does meet our series requirement, but that it must be really well done to get it. With the direction change.
