One of the greatest all comedy films and Tati at his very best, and in the restored colour film, shot at the time in a process they could not use!! Fascinating view of a pastoral France,..... did it ever exist? Tati is very much in love with the story, the whole film is so much his own creation, such care and attention to details, like his bike, especially designed by him "to be funny", and so cleverly used.
The best from a comedy genius......
