You have to try it a lot of times, the Tiff file is very unstable.

1.get the tiff file and put it in the picture folder add some pictures also about 8 and go to psp then make a photo folder in upper case and do the same thing.2 add the h bin file to the root of the memory card .3 once you have everything turn on the psp then push and hold the power button untill it shuts down so it resets the psp then turn on the psp and try running the program .
