Horrible intro....looks like ABC just half-assed it...also, how did the youngest girl get to 5 years old that fast? She wasnt on there most of the 7-year run of the show, and suddenly, she is in school? a show that started so well and crumbled in every way after..

@iLuvPizza95 from what ive gathered, he was just written out of the show....no finale or explanation....i wondered the same thing......this was the last season of the show anyway, so not a lot of harm done.

What happened to Branden (Josh Byrne), the youngest son of Frank? Did he get kicked out of the family?? He is on every season but this one....

I remember watching this show when it was on TV on both ABC and CBS. The show was very good in the first 4 to 5 years but then the kids starting getting older and the storylines had to change, I didn't like Brendan getting dropped and wasn't a fan of aging Lily-that seemed like a "Cousin Oliver" move to me. It did seem to me the last season the show had outlives its course-and while it was still funny it felt kinda stale., and by the next year Mark probably would have been gone also.

@iLuvPizza95 sorry for the long waited response, but he has retired from acting. STEP BY STEP was his last acting part. I read somewhere and i can't remember where that he was working at his parents gas station.
