Teasers with a twist...adding rubber bands to feet to perform leg circles while reaching for a teaser on the trapeze/cadillac unit. Balance, rythm and strength coming from the core are required to perform this variation.
Always remember to release tension on the neck to freed the torso and relax your arms to reach as high as you can!! (that way your legs will gain more room to rotate with freedom inside the hip sockets....)
