  • Double resonant driver means that both the secondary and the primary of the flyback are driven at resonant frequency . This trick results in better energy transfer and higher output voltage . The modulator is made using TL494 PWM modulator chip which controls the outputs of the second TL494 - MOSFET driver running at 18kHz ( resonant frequency of the secondary ). As for the re-animation experiments , I'm still looking for parts to make my bride ;)

  • very nice,

I saw this on the forum and had to check it out..

  • cool! What is your modulation source? And what do you mean by "double resonant" driver?

  • Wonderfull, even the sound is right. You are indeed a mad scientist, any plans for some re-animation experiments any time soon....?

Bravo (and watch out for your fingers!).
