There is no 31000 scientists. It's a hoax, and it appears even politicians are being fooled by it. Check out the video response.

She's a bimbo but I would nut on her face!

The way she's rubbing her hands and her arrogant smile pisses me off. She's the meanest liar ever.

Al Gore's climate scientist studies have shown that capitalist countries CO2 emissions, are 1000000 times more harmful than CO2 emissions from communist countries like China

@drmodestoesq I lol'd.

@jpsousa4 Are you telling me that signatories like Dr. Geraldine Halliwell don't have informed scientific opinions on climate change? And what about Dr. Benjamin Franklin Pierce? If you don't think that people with advanced degrees like Ginger Spice and Hawkeye Pierce know what they're talking about then I don't know whose opinion you would think worthy of consulting. P.S. I wonder how Alan Alda feels about climate change. Maybe he and Hawkeye disagree. Sort of a split persona thing.

31000 scientists? That's not true. The petition had people from many fields, including engineering and economists, and the credentials of many of the petitionees weren't evident. In fact, from what i understand, it was rather easy to get on this petition.

More evidence of climate change in the news…
.
Warming climate may dry up water supplies
.
The San Diego region is likely to see its water supply from the Colorado River reduced 10 to 25 percent in coming decades, as climate change reduces rainfall to the region and higher temperatures cause more evaporation upstream.

@Coolexcitingname I take it you meant discrediting the science linking CO2 to global warming, not backing it. Well here's one "The Heartland Institute"
If you can take a look at the Merchants of Doubt website and get a copy of the book. I'll send you a link to a review of the book that appeared in American Scientist.

Also, since I forgot to post it earlier when you asked for a paper, would a published report on the change of outgoing radiation over a 3 decade period showing an increase in the amount of radiation absorbed by the atmosphere be a good start?
