Really dig your videos. Would love to see more, especially now with the new physics patch.

@SkippyChurch a router will definitely be cheaper than a computer! iRacing is really good, but quite serious. I usually spent about 100 laps each week just practicing (that is 3-4 hours), plus qualifying for 1 or maybe 2 races in the week.
Forza is easier and less serious. I don't have to put in as much time practicing, and can just jump into racing, which is good for me right now.
$4600 is steep! My computer was processor, memory, mobo, case and HDD. you don't need top bin for iracing.

@biohazardWRX2004 Ah, see, I was looking into the computer, and with the nicest graphics cards and what not, more in the line of about $4600! Then I thought, well... just how much better would it really be than Forza 4? :)
My router suffers from some lagging between the games on Forza 4. Much more so than 3, I'm sorry to say. May have to look into another one.

@SkippyChurch I don't really notice any lag while playing. Sometimes there is a sync issue at the beginning of a race (side screens are way off the track), but that usually resolves itself within 15 sec.
I'm using some a linksys 100T router (don't remember the model).
I don't remember any real frame-rate or lag issues in FM3 either.
A decent iRacing computer was about $600 (+ another 150 for the vid-card I already had); so yea, it isn't cheap, but having a the monitors helps.

If you don't mind asking a question. I'm a little upset with the lag I get on some of my screens sometimes. Do you experience more lag with 4 than 3? If no, what router/switch are you using. I found your vid by looking up iracing. I have a nice 4 screen set up now for Forza 4, but was debating going iracing (so much more money to build that super computer!). Thanks.
Could you post a link on how to set something like this up? I have 3 xboxs(actually 4) but how do you link all the boxes together with the TVs? I assume only one Xbox needs to be online? What did you use to hold your TV's?

@Nukem962001 you network the xboxes with a router, each monitor is connected to an xbox. I have a rig that holds my pedals, wheel and monitors (I have a vid where i show my setup).

are you wearing a helmet for the "full" racing effect or just for the camera?

@UrGFsTaco It's the helmet I wear for IRL track days (the few I get to). It's a pain to wear it, so no I don't really wear it for the full effect, just to record vids. (sorry, not a giant dork, just a regular sized dork).
