Allright! Thanks for your nice comments (on my other vids, too). Hey, if you are looking for some good boudin in Texas check out the boudinlink web site, these guys know what they are talking about!! They rate a couple of locations in Texas (I know how it can be living out of state - you got to have boudin!?) Anyway, thanks again - I will have new vids coming out soon :)

Thank you, I guess it was good, they ate it all up! I made the sub last year (called them the Colt Clubs) and they were really good, so I was looking forward to making some this year and found an opportunity with the Giants. The bread with the flavored seasoning baked on the bread was the best, like Italian or Garlic/Herb or somthing like that.

Well, thank you, Dave, means alot.
Oh, they're well fed! This time of year is great, with Mardi Gras going on and all - the King Cake is like a Super Bowl tradition for us now, and I finally bought enough (2 larges) for me to have a piece:)
