She didn't take the clothes out of the bins people. We have bins just like that close to where I live. They're like a mail box, once you put stuff in you can't get it back out on your own. The stuff laying there was just stuff people threw there. People do the same thing and just leave stuff by the bins here. Those are donation bins and a lot of the time people DO just leave trash by them. She's not stealing from the bins, she's just going through the stuff around them. Chill the hell out.
