  • Wow....Just bought my EX1 and Letus extreme from B & H and this video is very helpful.

  • Could you plug something into an av socket so it could utilise an external mic?

  • I don't think so. Theese AV ports are outputs only for monitoring.

  • An AV port sounds like an Output (to your TV), you need a Mic INPUT.

  • my camera has a av port. (audio visual i believe) cam i plug in a mic into that port?

  • Every camera has Some mircophone imput. But what your going to need is ELR adapter. Thats way you can use pretty much any mircophone
