This is hilarious! Why wasn't this included in "High Society"?

@Atripple: If I recall correctly, Dave didn't think it fit. It was a kind of "reset" between High Society and Church & State. While it worked for the monthly comic, it seemed superfluous when the HS collection was made, distracting from the cohesiveness. And, of course, it caused the same problem tacked onto the beginning of Church & State.
