i rather buy a toyota than a ford or chevy.

  • Here's the key phrase in this testimony, "continuous improvement" we call it KAIZEN. As a Toyota employee we take this phrase very seriously, striving to make improvements to our vehicles, thus making them better through standardized work. They are a respectible company and I back them 100%. It's like any celebrity/ company who was once great, is burned by the media.

  • .....what a load of crap!

a few years ago, Toyota had quality control seminars with toyota representatives, car industry types, and consumers. When there quality plummeted Toyota scrapped these sessions. Does that sound like a commitment to quality? Former Toyota employees claim the main goal yearly is to 'make it cheaper'. Is knowingly allowing customers to drive defective vehicles for years something Toyoda 'holds close to our hearts' as well?!

  • dont buy TOYOTA
