We can't really get enough of these. My all time favorite and a must have on Indian streets. You can't complete your shopping without the mouth watering Gol Gappas.
They are called Pani Puri in Western India and Pushka in Kolkata region.
Though Gol Gappas are normally made with All Purpse Flour, these are for those special persons who are allergic to Gluten. For those who do not know, there is a disease called Celiac which makes a person allergic to an element present in wheat, barley and some other products. There is no particular medicine to cure this disease. The only option available is to eat Gluten Free food items like this one.
So, enjoy these Gluten Free Gol Gappas and satisfy your craving!!

  • @mamtashetty We are glad that u liked it. And came out good and worked for u.

    Thanks a lot.

  • Thank you for this thoughtful gluten-free recipe - is the texture nice and crispy-very crunchy like the coarse suji gol guppe ? There are others with just wheat atta versions and wheat atta -fine suji versions which do not have the perfect crispy-crunch.

  • @villagebelle

Yes, the texture is is crisp like the ones you have eaten on streets.

Try and let us know the results. We tried a lot and then came up with combination of flour to make them crisp and crunchy.

  • can you post the recipe of regular golgappe(made from flour) which we find at panipuri walas????

  • @nishulalwani

Yes...I will make the regular Gol gappa Video for you soon.

  • Even Alabama must have Ralph/s Lucky's Safeway - general grocery stores. Everyone in the US. makes cakes - so check for wheat flour in the cake aisle.

  • @villagebelle not when u live in Alabama lady.

  • @Akshayphadke you're kidding! All I see is wheat flour in several forms from bleached to whole wheat.

  • thanks, here in USA wheat is not easily available.
