too much unnecessary time was spent talking about the story and by the way, Blucher does not mean "glue" in German. that was just an urban legend/belief. the actual joke is that mel was trying to do something with the usual clap of thunder or eerie music associated with a certain character in a movie.

i though sutton's accent was very good! and megan mullay was amazing and roger bart was not miscast!!! these people don't know good theater! (they proabaly liked xanadu...)

Oh come on! That's ****! Megan's performance was sensational and ok, I agree, the movie was very, very, very funny and original but enough already! I'm in love with the musical and Roger Bart was perfect. end of story.

I love this new musical! It's not as timeless to the original 1974 movie, but the music, acting, and jokes are great!

reviewing a play doesn't always mean that you have to compare everything to a persons' previous productions, like your constant references to The Producers. It was a great show, but Young Frankenstein is something different, and should not be so closely compared with each other.
