i just tried this. fail. the image isn't big enough. you said fit to image size, but when i do it, it's still small and you can't see both images. help!

very nice...this helped me greatly. i did have to delete a paste layer to start and actually add the layer dialog to the toolbox.

Ok first thank you for the video. Second, I have literally done everything you have done step by step to make SURE I didnt miss anything. Everything is fine until I get to the part where you click and drag the linear line to blend or add the gradient. The second pic disappears to black and adds this white line where I dragged the mouse?Is it my gradient settings?Is there a certain type to be using?What is your gradient setting set to? Im going to try and send you a vid of wht I did.Help?

@dividebysanta use the move tool not the paint brush tool.... you are using that arnt you?

i just tried to do this step by step and i failed really quickly ... CNTRL B would not work and then the layers pallet i couldnt find :-(
