Yard locals and car trouble in North Bergen

We are sitting at 69th Street grade crossing in North Bergen at CP3 on the Conrail River Line Subdivision, where we see CSX local NB29, as it blows for the crossing and takes a string of loaded auto racks up to Bellman's for unloading. NB29 consists of SD50 8665 and 36 loaded auto racks. Just as NB29 clears the crossing, we hear another horn. CSX Y220, a yard local in North Bergen, is on the lead to the Susquehanna tracks, as it makes a backing move onto some cars that CSX was interchanging with the Susquehanna. Y220 is left to the charges of ES40DC 5380. While NB29 is heading north, we can hear the NI Dispatcher talking to the CSX Police. The reason was because some woman took a turn onto the track at Bergen Turnpike at CP5 and stradled the rail on Track 1. Fortunately, nobody was hurt and there was no damage to the tracks.
